Oh the corporate cheering parade, I mean the Corporate Media, uhm, I mean the Liberal Media seems to think that the Republicans taking power in November is a foregone conclusion. First off, while that may be a statistical possibility, it is unlikely, far more unlikely than the Dems longshot in 2006. Second, isn’t it interesting how all of Obama’s weaknesses get played up in the press these days? There are even polls that radically skew the distrust in the Bush Tax-Cuts for the Rich that show support!!!
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! This is the truth, pure and simple:
These tea-baggers are out of control. They are playing the part of demagogues who seemed to forget that it was their lot that sat watch and let the world economy burn, created record debt, needlessly cut taxes for the wealthy and ruined America’s reputation abroad with unprovoked wars and reckless foreign policy in their long years of service then began criticizing Obama before he even took the oath that it was all his problem.
Sound like the school-yard bully to you? Because that is the best analogy of what they are!
They are the ones that need to be swept from office. They obstruct the political process with procedures and mundane delays to make Obama fail at all costs. This appears to be working as the Constitution did not provide provisions for politicians that work against their own country’s best interest.
With obnoxious statements that make no sense in reality, they are clearly lying to the people to gain political power or they are lunatics, as not a single plank of their platform holds up to scrutiny. Either way, they do not represent the good will of this great nation, nor do they comprehend the Constitution.
In a democracy there is always danger, it goes with the territory, however the danger in handing the power back to the same people that destroyed liberties for 8 years, spent us into the greatest debt in history and started 2 wars at a time of great uncertainty and economic despair would be catastrophic.
If this nation is too stupid to figure that out, then I suppose we all deserve the miserable plutocracy/oligarchy the Conservatives have planned for our country. Hell, we are already living in it. Why do you think We the People are so unhappy?
All these conservatives have to offer is hate, division, conspiracy theories and lies.
FOR THE SAKE OF OUR NATION, target THEM, come November! For if you love low wages, high health-care costs, failing bridges, no liberty, expensive prisons and unregulated miracle cure prescriptions that poison you (with no recourse for suing),you’re gonna love your new Republican corporate police state!
